Job summary

Shubham Lohia Huf is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily activities on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and more. You will optimize listings, pricing, inventory and order processing to maximize sales and profitability.

Key duties include monitoring performance, preparing sales reports in Excel, coordinating fulfillment, handling returns, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies while driving growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; BBA, B.Com or MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing and sales reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and online sales strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts independently.

Responsibilities
