Job summary

Dream Care is seeking a high-caliber E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our e-commerce department's P&L. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize marketplaces, and expand into untapped digital channels.

You will drive profitability, maintain brand integrity across digital touchpoints, and execute data-driven campaigns and inventory forecasting to accelerate revenue growth.

The role is full-time, based in India, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-caliber E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our E-commerce department's P&L. In this role, you will act as the custodian for our dedicated brands, lead a high-performing team, optimize existing marketplaces, and aggressively expand our operations into untapped digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Drive overall profitability and revenue growth for the e-commerce department.
• Brand Custodianship: Maintain brand integrity, positioning, and premium presentation across all digital touchpoints.
• Marketplace Optimization: Scale sales on existing platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) through data-driven strategies.
• Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and launch operations on untapped marketplaces and Quick Commerce avenues.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a dedicated internal e-commerce and digital marketing team.
• Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ROAS optimization, inventory forecasting, and cataloging.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of core experience in E-commerce management
• Track Record: Proven success in managing multi-crore P&L accounts and scaling brand revenue.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising consoles, and seller analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analytics, inventory planning, and financial forecasting.
• Leadership: Excellent team-handling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
