Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, healthcare marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
• Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Track sales, ROAS, conversions, and business performance.
• Support product launches, promotions, and channel expansion.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Improve listings, visibility, ratings, reviews, and overall marketplace performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Growth, Digital Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and performance metrics (ROAS, TACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, D2C brands, or quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto.
