Job summary

Purple United Sales Limited in India is seeking an E-commerce Executive – D2C to manage day-to-day operations and drive online sales growth on the D2C website, collaborating with marketing, operations and other teams.

You will oversee product listings, pricing, offers, banners and site content; monitor sales, traffic, conversion and AOV; support promotional campaigns; and coordinate with customer service and supply chain to avoid stock-outs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Online Sales.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of key e-commerce metrics like sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, CAC and ROAS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the D2C website
• Update and manage product listings, pricing, offers, banners, and website content.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion, and product performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and online campaigns.
• Support execution of performance marketing, CRM, and promotional activities.
• Track website performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the operations/supply chain team to avoid stock-outs.
• Analyze competitor pricing, offers, products, and online activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve order, return, cancellation, and customer-related issues.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns on the D2C website.
