Job summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking an E-commerce Executive with accounting and GST knowledge to manage marketplace transactions, invoice processing, and sales reconciliation across Amazon and other marketplaces.

You will coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse and Operations to ensure accurate records, inventory movements, and timely reporting. The role requires a B.Com or related degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Experience handling marketplace settlements, GST documentation, and inventory reconciliation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Handle marketplace invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and transaction records.
• Reconcile marketplace sales, returns, settlements, fees, and other transactions with accounting records.
• Assist with GST reconciliation and ensure timely sharing of invoices and transaction details.
• Monitor inventory movements, inter-branch stock transfers, returns, and rejected transactions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Identify transaction discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports related to sales, settlements, inventory, and marketplace transactions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures.
