Job summary

Uni-omni Planet is seeking an enthusiastic e-commerce operations specialist to manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho accounts in India. You will optimize listings, set prices and deals, and plan shipments to multiple warehouses.

You’ll coordinate fulfillment, manage warehouse orders, and monitor stock across networks to prevent stockouts. You will also focus on improving buy box performance, maintaining account health, and handling customer messages and seller support cases with English and Hindi

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Amazon Seller Central (incl. FBA) and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• 1–3 years in Indian e-commerce operations.
• Experience planning FBA inbound shipments and managing fulfillment.
• Sponsored Products ads experience; familiarity with ACOS and ROAS.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets.
• Plus: Meesho experience.
• Plus: Unicommerce or other order management tools.
• Clear Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment: create FBA and Flipkart inbound shipments, book pickups, track until received, fix shortfalls.
• Run our own-warehouse orders: dispatch on time, courier tie-ups, returns and claims.
• Track stock across warehouses and reorder before stock runs out.
• Win and hold the buy box; fix suppressed/inactive listings.
• Keep account health clean: ratings, policy warnings, late shipments and cancellations.
• Handle customer messages and reviews.
• Raise seller support cases and follow up until closed.
• Work with warehouse, packing and accounts teams.
• Restock, shipments and returns.
