Job summary

F Gear is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace presence and brand website from Bengaluru. You will handle listings, pricing, inventory, orders, and customer experience to keep products listed correctly, optimized, and available.

This role requires hands-on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central experience and strong Excel/Sheets skills. You will collaborate with marketing, product and logistics teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction, while tracking key

Qualifications

• Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and listing management.
• Working knowledge of marketplace seller and vendor panels.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and ads.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and upload product listings on marketplaces and the brand website.
• Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and bullet points.
• Ensure correct pricing, specifications and images.
• Manage variations across size, colour, models and bundles.
• Handle seller panels: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify and Ajio.
• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings and errors, and fix them.
• Update A+ content and brand stores.
• Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, avoid stockouts and overstocking.
• Process orders, returns, cancellations and refunds.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales; analyse bestsellers and slow movers.
• Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, AOV.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Do keyword research and A/B test titles, images and descriptions.
• Respond to customer queries and reviews; improve ratings and seller metrics.
• Work with marketing, product and logistics teams.
