Job summary

Ithiel Enterprise in Vasai, Maharashtra is seeking an Operations Executive to manage marketplace operations, handle order processing and dispatch coordination, and oversee inventory. The role focuses on ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate data entry across platforms.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred; knowledge of Flipkart and Meesho is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with an OMS are desirable to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in e-commerce operations, preferably with a marketplace seller.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central; Flipkart and Meesho are an advantage.
• Understanding of order processing, dispatch SLAs, inventory management, returns and FBA operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (filters, sorting, formulas, lookups).
• Experience with an OMS or inventory management software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
