Artiggle Global in Pune, India, is seeking a proactive seller account management professional to oversee listings and orders across major marketplaces.

You will optimize product listings, coordinate with store, dispatch, sales and marketing teams, prepare regular sales and performance reports, and ensure timely order processing.

Formación

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Experience in product listing, catalogue management, and order processing.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalogues.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the Store and Dispatch teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability across marketplaces.
• Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, cancellations, and complaints.
• Monitor daily sales, product performance, marketplace ratings, and account health.
• Coordinate pricing updates, discounts, promotional campaigns, and marketplace advertisements with management approval.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, inventory, and marketplace activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Store, Dispatch, and Marketing departments.
