KAIROTIC E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and paid campaigns across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and other platforms.

You will optimize product listings, run PPC campaigns, manage Google and Meta advertising, analyze sales data, and drive organic traffic through SEO and content. 1–3 years of practical experience in e-commerce and performance marketing is preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
• Flipkart Seller Hub experience is a plus.
• Hands-on performance marketing with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficient Excel/Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, promotions).
• Plan and optimize Amazon PPC and marketplace campaigns to improve ROAS/ACOS.
• Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for products and growth.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research.
• Monitor website, marketplace and advertising performance; prepare reports.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates and advertising spend to identify improvements.
• Work on SEO, social media marketing and online campaigns to increase organic traffic.
• Track marketplace rankings, reviews, inventory and product performance; take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for assets, pricing, inventory and campaigns.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and advertising tools.

Important: This is a hands-on execution role. Candidates with practical experience managing Amazon/Flipkart marketplaces and paid advertising will be strongly preferred. This is not a social-media-only role.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and promotions.
• Plan, manage and optimize Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns to improve sales and ROAS/ACOS.
• Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for products and business growth.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor website, marketplace and advertising performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising spend and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
• Work on SEO, social media marketing and online campaigns to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
• Track marketplace rankings, reviews, inventory and product performance and take corrective action when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product images, creatives, pricing, inventory and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace algorithms, advertising tools and digital marketing best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand sales and advertising data.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and execute campaigns rather than only coordinate with agencies.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Candidates from e-commerce, consumer electronics, retail or D2C businesses will be preferred.
