Job summary

BeadsnFashion.com is seeking an E-commerce Account Manager to drive growth across our online marketplace and website accounts. You will manage daily operations, listings, orders, reporting, and cross-team coordination for smooth order processing.

The role requires hands-on experience with platform accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills to boost sales and marketplace performance in India.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Shopify.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and account performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Resolve marketplace issues including listing errors, account issues, returns, and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Shopify.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and account performance.
• Ensure products remain active, correctly categorized, and available for sale.
• Track marketplace offers, promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing and product listings.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Resolve marketplace-related issues, including listing errors, account issues, returns, and payment discrepancies.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance.
• Maintain proper records of marketplace activities and performance.

Required Skills:
