Deluxe Recycling in Bawal requires an Area Head - Quality Control to lead quality assurance and control across the plant. You will oversee raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Essential - Professional degree / BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy from reputed institute.
• Desirable - Degree/ Diploma in Operation / General Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and control across the plant, ensuring high standards.
• Report parameters to assess quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform quality tests per SOPs on incoming goods, in-process and finished goods; report deviations.
• Check QRC/PRC of incoming containers and update systems.
• Take corrective actions for deviations under guidance of Lead, Quality Control.
• Calibrate and maintain quality instruments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Report quality-related data into MIS and support regulatory submissions.
• Participate in internal assessments and audits as required.

Responsibilities

• The Area Head - Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality assurance and control across at the plant. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in the quality of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods, in alignment with company protocols and industry best practices.
• Report of all parameters to ensure information gathering on quality of raw materials, in process products and finished goods.
• Perform quality tests as per defined SOPs on incoming goods, in process and finished goods and report any deviations
• Check QRC/PRC of every incoming container and update the same on the systems
• Take corrective actions for any deviations under the guidance of Lead, Quality control
• Calibrate and maintain all quality instruments as and when needed and identify and troubleshoot quality equipment issues
• Report all quality related parameters into MIS and make regular reports for the same and supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions
• Participate in internal assessments and audits as and when required
