Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional in India with 8–10 years' experience in mechanical manufacturing. The role focuses on deploying quality initiatives for panels, dies and tooling, while leading QA processes and dashboards for senior management.

You will perform process audits, MSA and SPC studies, maintain instruments and equipment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant operations and continuous quality

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in mechanical QA.
• Experience in manufacturing QA processes and tooling.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and quality methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and deploy quality improvements in products.
• Benchmark quality parameters and improve product quality of tools and dies.
• Generate quality dashboards for senior management reviews.
• Carry out process audits and GNODA-C / GNOFA-C audits.
• Carry MSA & SPC studies.
• Maintain measuring instruments, accessories, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure safe working conditions and good housekeeping in the department.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

Understand Customer needs and latent Desires and ensure Deployment in Products

Benchmark Quality Parameters and Improve Product Quality of Tools and Dies.

Working closely with various stakeholders (Internal & External)

In process & Final inspection of the Panels, Dies & Fixtures.

Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.

To carryout Different Audits like Process Audit & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.

To carry MSA & SPC study.

To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.

To maintain the safe working condition & good house keeping in the Department
