Job summary

Haier Appliances in India is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive and corrective maintenance across building and utility systems. You will oversee spare parts records to prevent production losses, supervise shift scheduling, and uphold 6S and safety standards.

The role includes preparing MIS reports, managing ISO documentation, and ensuring timely maintenance of air compressors, gases, cooling towers, and PHE systems. Experience in maintenance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance works and ensuring timely completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Managing the Spare parts requirements & maintain the records to ensure zero production loss due to unavailability of spare parts.
• Responsible for preparing weekly/ monthly MIS and share to the relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for supervising sub staff shift scheduling and assigning duties wherever required.
• Maintain the 6S and ensure 100% safety where Maintenance works carried out.
• Responsible for utility equipment such as air compressor, Nitrogen, High Pressure Booster, Liquid oxygen, cooling tower and chiller operation and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Responsible for PHE (Public Health Engineering) such as ETP, STP, WTP, RO and Pump room operation and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Responsible for internal department ISO and other related documentation.
