Job summary

Insolation Energy in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across the plant. The role focuses on maximizing uptime, reliability, and safety while driving TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of high-volume production equipment, manage budgets and vendor performance, and develop a strong maintenance team to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 12–15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or similar high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
