Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a mechanical engineer for development of engine parts including petrol/diesel components and related tooling.

You will ensure first-time-right delivery on given timelines through effective project management, APQP and close coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The role requires 4–8 years of experience, BE Mech, good command of English, Hindi and Marathi, and strong knowledge of supplier bases, GST/VAT, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BE Mech required with 4–8 years of experience in automotive/suppliers.
• Experience with APQP, VPPAP and quality systems.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT and tax structures.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for development of engine parts and timing for first-time-right delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to meet QCD targets.
• Plan projects, manage timelines and execute development activities.

Sintered, Fuel, Oil Filters, Engine Bearings, Turbochargers, Water Pump, Oil Pump, HLA-RFF, CNG Kit, EGR Cooler, EGR Module, Oil Cooler, Damper Pulleys, Engine Valves etc. for First-time Right and Every Time Right delivery the Engine projects on given timeline thru part development process

From suppliers QCDd (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Development) approach
