Job summary

Brigade Group is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive/Manager to be based at project sites in Bengaluru. You will manage customer walk-ins and serve as the primary contact across the project lifecycle, addressing queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with HO and support functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document interactions as tickets, collaborate with Sales and Projects teams, and proactively manage expectations to deliver exceptional service throughout all project

Qualifications

• Primary Point of Contact: First Point of Contact for all Customer Walkins
• Closure of customers query, request, or concern in coordination with all the support functions and Team in HO
• Strong coordination with the Team in HO to be updated
• Proactively manage customer expectation to ensure the satisfaction are at high levels and to provide exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders at Site to understand the status of the project and to be updated on all aspects (Sales Team & Projects Team)
• Documentation / Ticketing: All customer interactions to be documented in the form of tickets

Job description

CustomerRelationship Executive/ Manager based at Brigade Project Sites will beresponsible for managing customer Walkins by maintaining cohesive relationshipswith all customers during the entire lifecycle of the project. CRE will bethe primary point of contact addressing queries, resolving issues promptly andensuring the concerns are addressed periodically by seeking support from theteam operating from Head Office/ other Support Functions. This rolewill help in building long term relationships by adding a face to theinteraction.
