Aparna Constructions And Estates in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Contract & Procurement Manager for electrical packages across residential, commercial, and mall projects. You will finalize contractors and vendors, review contracts and POs, document scope changes and amendments, and oversee procurement of LT/HT panels, cables, and electrical fittings.

Interpreting BOQs, performing techno-commercial evaluations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries, and leading

• Finalize contractors/vendors for electrical packages across residential, commercial, and mall & multiplex projects.
• Review and validate contracts, purchase orders (POs), and agreements across all projects.
• Ensure all scope changes and amendments are properly documented and approved.
• Procurement of electrical items such as LT/HT panels, cables, busducts, rising mains, light fixtures, DG sets, and related components.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor performance at regular intervals and maintain documentation.
• Interpret and analyze BOQs for electrical packages, defining contractor vs. company scope.
• Perform techno-commercial evaluations of vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve BOQ and technical specification queries.
• Organize and lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare rate analyses, comparative statements, and submit final proposals to management.
• Generate savings reports and MIS reports as per management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Procurement Management

• Finalize contractors/vendors for electrical packages in residential, commercial, and mall & Multiplex projects.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of finalizing electrical contract packages.
• Finalize contracts for various electrical works Like -Internal and external electrical Works, Landscape Electrical Works, Earthing Works, DG exhaust piping, lightning protection systems Etc.
• Review and validate contracts, purchase orders (POs), and agreements across all projects.
• Ensure all scope changes, Amendments are properly documented and approved.
• Procurement of electrical items LT Panels, HT panels, Cables , Busducts & Rising Mains ,Light fixtures and DG sets, Cable trays, conduits, copper wires, earthing materials, and allied components
• Evaluate Contractor & vendor performance at regular intervals and maintain documentation.

Technical Expertise

• Interpret and analyze BOQs for electrical packages, clearly defining contractor vs. company scope.
• Perform techno-commercial evaluations of vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve BOQ and technical specification queries.
• Organize and lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Costing & Estimation

• Prepare rate analysis, comparative statements, and submit final proposals to management.
