GMR Power Urban Infra is seeking a senior operations professional to monitor airport resources, manage shift duties and ensure OTP targets are met. You will coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and government agencies while handling emergencies per AEP and BTCP plans.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 years in aviation operations, be proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure monitor the allocation of Airport resources at GNIAL to achieve efficient operations leading to improve On Time Performance (OTP), effective emergency handling involving aircraft and other facilities as per Airport Emergency Plan regulatory compliance and timely updating and dissemination of information to all stakeholders (external and internal) during the shift duties at the airport.
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Responsible for ensuring efficient and optimum utilization of airport resources e.g. parking stands, boarding gates, check-in counters and baggage reclaim etc., based on the customer needs and during his/her shift duties.
Responsible for timely notification of any Emergencies at the airport as per laid down Airport Emergency Plan (AEP), Bomb Threat Contingency Plan (BTCP), Fire Strategy Plan and Aircraft Hijack Plan during the shift duties.
Ensure timely notification /implementation of adverse weather condition / warning e.g. Low Visibility procedures (LVP), thunderstorm etc. to all the Airlines, Ground handlers, non-scheduled operators.
