Job summary

Orbit & Skyline is seeking an experienced Dry Etch Process Engineer to join our CMOS/ power devices semiconductor manufacturing team in Mohali, India. You will own dry etch process development, optimization, and sustenance, and work with customers to deliver efficient solutions.

You will lead process startup, qualification, and production release, ensure BKMs and fab standards, and apply plasma chemistry, gas flow, RF power, and chamber hardware knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Dry Etch processes and related metrology.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies.

• Utilize SPC charts to monitor process health (etch rates, selectivity, profile and CDs), identify trends, and intervene before deviations impact yield.
