Support equipment and process audits, process document updates.Investigate and resolve process deviations using structured problem-solvingLead advanced process transfer development, optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting. Define control strategies for yield and reliability.Solve complex process issues using 8D, fishbone and 5 whys methos, FEMA. Drive cross-functional yield improvement and cost reduction methods.Mentor junior process engineers, standardize process best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and EHS across process operations.

Qualifications Experiences

Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering or PhD.5+ Years of relevant WET etch experience.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Demonstrated expertise with structured problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA)
