Roles and Responsibilities

• Own Dry Etch process engineering for CMOS/ power devices semiconductor manufacturing, including process development, optimization, and sustenance.
• Lead process startup, qualification, and production release, ensuring compliance with best known methods (BKMs) and fab standards.
• Strong understanding of Gas flow systems, RF power systems, vacuum systems, and chamber hardware
• Apply understanding of plasma chemistry and ion bombardment to troubleshoot complex etch issues.
• Utilize SPC charts to monitor process health (etch rates, selectivity, profile and CDs), identify trends, and intervene before deviations impact yield.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Skills:

• Master's/Ph.D. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Dry Etch processes and related metrology.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
