Job summary

Tata Electronics Limited in India seeks a seasoned process engineer to lead process transfer, development, optimization, and troubleshooting. You will drive yield and cost improvements while mentoring team members and standardizing best practices across operations.

Responsibilities include audits, documenting processes, solving deviations with 8D/Fishbone/5 Why methods, and defining control strategies to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering or PhD required.
• 5+ years of relevant WET etch experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise with structured problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA)

• Investigate and resolve process deviations using structured problem-solving
• Lead advanced process transfer & development, optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting. Define control strategies for yield and reliability.

• Mentor junior process engineers, standardize process best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and EHS across process operations.
