Job summary

One Sgg is seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare architectural and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. You will work with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to produce precise plans, layouts, and technical docs while ensuring compliance with building regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of drafting experience in real estate, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit to support

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to produce detailed plans, layouts, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with building regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site layouts, and construction details.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant feedback, and client requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, municipal regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare submission drawings for approvals and statutory authorities.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation control.
• Generate quantity-related drawings and assist in material estimation where required.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and incorporate field modifications into drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Support the project execution team by providing technical clarifications and updated drawings.
• Maintain digital records and backups of all project drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of drafting experience in the real estate
