Job summary

Lodha is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to produce precise architectural drawings and visualizations using AutoCAD and Photoshop. The role requires coordination with consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support premium real estate projects.

You will prepare drawings, revise documents, and create presentation visuals that communicate design intent clearly while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate with relevant Draftsman/ITI course.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Competent in Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD.
• Develop, revise, and maintain drawing documentation based on project requirements and design changes.
• Produce presentation visuals, layouts, and render support graphics using Photoshop to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in converting design concepts into technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Organize and maintain drawing files, versions, and documentation in project.
• Support design team in reviews, revisions, and issue of drawings for approvals and construction.
• Ensure all drafting work aligns with company standards, design guidelines, and statutory requirements.
