Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in preparing Civil and MEP construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D/3D drawings for civil structures and MEP systems using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs and translate them into technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update drawing registers and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Assist in site surveys and as-built drawings when required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in civil and MEP construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
