Job summary

Della Townships in Mumbai is seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling large-scale township projects.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, knowledge of DCR and municipal requirements, and the ability to manage multiple drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of drafting experience for residential, commercial and township projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and related drafting software.
• Knowledge of local development regulations (DCR) and municipal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
• Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
• Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
• Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
• Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings for project execution.

• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
• Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
• Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
• Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.
