Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman (Civil & MEP) with 2–3 years of experience to support our design and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil, structural, and MEP drawings for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil, structural, and MEP drawings as per project requirements.
• Convert architectural and engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.
• Work closely with design engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and site teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in drafting for civil and MEP works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
• Good understanding of MEP layouts, civil drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
