Job summary

WWF in Delhi seeks dedicated individuals for on-ground donor acquisition and outreach. You will engage the public at busy locations, set up fundraising kiosks, and communicate WWF's mission clearly to boost support. The role involves data logging and assisting with large-scale campaigns to maximize outreach.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are encouraged to apply. On-site roles in Delhi with opportunities to grow in a dynamic NGO environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience; freshers with strong communication are encouraged.
• Fluency in spoken English and Hindi to connect with a Delhi audience.

Responsibilities

• Donor Acquisition: engage the public at malls, markets, and events to secure contributions.
• Kiosk & Stall Management: set up and manage information kiosks to maximize visibility.
• Public Communication: explain causes clearly and build trust with potential supporters.
• Data Recording: log donor contact and financial details with daily/weekly records.
• Campaign Support: assist in rolling out large-scale events and drives.

• Kiosk & Stall Management: Set up, brand, and manage on-ground information or fundraising kiosks to maximize visibility and public engagement.
  
• Public Communication: Explain complex social or charitable causes clearly, answer public questions, and build instant trust with potential supporters.
  
• Data Recording: Accurately capture donor contact and financial details while maintaining daily or weekly activity logs.
  
• Campaign Support: Assist in rolling out large-scale organizational events, public activations, and marketing drives.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 year of experience. Freshers with great communication skills and a fire to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
