Job summary

Yuva Parivartan is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead donor relations and grant management within its Resource Mobilization team. You will manage the full grant lifecycle, ensure compliance, and prepare donor communications.

The role requires 5–10 years in fundraising or CSR partnerships, a relevant degree, and experience leading a team of four. Strong writing, strategic thinking, and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in fundraising, donor relations, CSR partnerships, or grant management in the development sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• Experience managing a team of 4 employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and grantmakers.
• Grant Management & Compliance: Manage the complete grant cycle, agreements, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, milestones, fund utilization, and donor reports.
• Donor Communication: Prepare donor communications and support donor-facing content.
• Prospecting & Research: Identify potential corporates, foundations, and funding opportunities and maintain the donor pipeline.
• System & Profile Management: Maintain donor databases, CRM systems, and organizational profiles on relevant platforms.
• General Support: Handle donor queries and support the Resource Mobilization team with cross-functional activities.
