Job summary

WWF-India in Delhi is seeking motivated individuals to join on-ground donor acquisition and engagement efforts. You will approach the public in malls and markets, manage fundraising kiosks, clearly explain conservation causes, and accurately record donor details for daily reporting.

Freshers with strong English and Hindi communication are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required beyond eagerness to learn and engage with diverse Delhi audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-1 year of experience. Freshers with great communication skills and a fire to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
• Fluency in spoken English and Hindi is essential to connect easily with a diverse Delhi audience.

• Kiosk & Stall Management: Set up, brand, and manage on-ground information or fundraising kiosks to maximize visibility and public engagement.
• Public Communication: Explain complex social or charitable causes clearly, answer public questions, and build instant trust with potential supporters.
• Data Recording: Accurately capture donor contact and financial details while maintaining daily or weekly activity logs.
• Campaign Support: Assist in rolling out large-scale organizational events, public activations, and marketing drives.
