Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an account management professional in India to build and sustain strong client partnerships. You will serve as the main liaison for key accounts, understand staffing needs, and coordinate with recruitment to deliver quality candidates.

You will also manage job orders, coordinate interviews, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support while aiming to grow account value and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their business and staffing needs.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
• Manage and track job orders, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell staffing services within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, HR, legal, payroll) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed account growth targets and client satisfaction KPIs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
