Job summary

ThreatXIntel is seeking a Document Control & Production Support Engineer in Chennai, India to manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and PLM workflows. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of experience and a diploma or engineering degree in electronics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in document control and production support.
• Diploma or Engineering qualification, preferably Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with PLM systems; Arena PLM is a plus.
• Strong BOM management, part number creation, and change control knowledge.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining engineering docs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all Engineering Document Control activities.
• Handle Part Number creation, BOM management, Change Orders, Change Requests, Deviations, and FA Reports.
• Perform production data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Create and maintain block diagrams and flow diagrams.
• Gather, organize, and maintain material datasheets.
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and resolve queries.
• Work hands-on with PLM systems; Arena PLM experience is a plus.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations for handover to production.
• Maintain accurate engineering and manufacturing documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

We are looking for an experienced Document Control & Production Support Engineer to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering documentation, PLM systems, BOM management, change control, and production support.
