Job summary

KK Wind Solutions A/S in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is seeking a documentation specialist to create, update, and maintain product and process documentation in line with ECM standards. You will ensure timely release of ECNs and maintain WI/PWI, labels, and other manufacturing docs.

You will validate documentation against BOMs, engineering drawings, specs, and manufacturing requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of ECM processes and product documentation practices.
• Understanding of BOM structures (EBOM, MBOM, PBOM), manufacturing processes, and work instructions.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Experience in creating, updating, and validating technical documentation using defined standards and templates.
• Familiarity with document validation activities, including BOM alignment and production readiness checks.
• Working knowledge of PLM and ERP systems such as Windchill, ePM, and Microsoft D365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
