GTPL Hathway Ltd. is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of Finance & Accounts experience to manage General Ledger activities, ensure accurate records, and support month-end/year-end closures.

The role requires strong IND AS knowledge and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Tally. You will prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, and reports, while ensuring compliance with RPT, SEBI LODR, and audit processes.

Qualifications

• CA qualification mandatory.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience with IND AS and financial statement closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain General Ledger GL accounting activities
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with accounting standards
• Perform month-end and year-end financial closure processes
• Prepare and review financial statements, Notes to Accounts and Reports.
• Ensure RPT and SEBI LODR reporting Compliances.
• Handle journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Ensure closure of statutory Audit, Internal Audit and other audits without any significant observations.
• Support MIS reporting and financial analysis activities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting
• Experience in Financial Statement Preparation Closure.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and IND AS
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems SAP Oracle Tallyetc.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
