Kantar in Mumbai, India seeks a General Ledger Manager to lead month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure strong financial controls across the accounting function.

Collaborate with finance and business partners, support audits, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. The role requires deep knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle), strong analytical skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Commerce with 10–12 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
• CA Inter with 10–12 years in general ledger and audit, or MBA Finance with 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience with accounting concepts, journal preparation and balance sheet schedule preparation.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to SSC work culture and SNOW ticketing processes would be helpful.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

As a General Ledger Manager, you will lead key accounting activities that support accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls. This role is responsible for overseeing close processes, reconciliations, reporting, audit support and compliance activities while guiding a team and collaborating across finance functions to improve efficiency and quality. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to process enhancement and support a high-performing finance organisation.
