• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with data accuracy.
• Analyse financial information.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Supervise and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other GL activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions and maintenance of the TB.
• Support monthly and annual close processes.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare/post journal entries.
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Support auditor in internal and external audits.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Follow internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and highlight opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve GL provisioning processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness of book closure.
• Identify best practices and assist in automation efforts.
• Collaborate with finance teams (AP, AR, Treasury, commercials) to ensure seamless reporting and integration.

Leadership and Management:

• Follow the General Ledger process and help other team members.

Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with Ensure Data Accuracy

• Work closely with other team members in finance functions (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, commercials) to ensure seamless integration and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and support to management and other stakeholders.
