The Divisional Manager – Specialty PN will be responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing divisional operations, and leading high-performing sales teams within the specialty parenteral nutrition segment. The involves business development, KOL management, market analysis, team leadership, customer relationship management, and execution of growth strategies to achieve market leadership. The candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business development skills with extensive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management.
- Lead and manage divisional sales operations for Parenteral Nutrition products within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, turnover goals, profitability objectives, and market share expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure achievement of planned growth in demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, KOLs, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Develop a loyal base of high-value customers through effective relationship management and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales strategies across the division.
- Drive business development initiatives including key account management, KOL development, secondary demand generation, and tender business growth.
- Ensure achievement of product mix targets and optimized selling prices as per budget objectives.
- Monitor sales forecasts, territory performance, market capture, and business analytics regularly.
- Develop proactive strategies to address market competition and business challenges effectively.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate Business Managers and field sales teams for improved performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and training sessions for team development and effectiveness.
- Identify, nurture, and retain talented employees through performance management and career development initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and effective control of product expiry within company norms.
- Guide team members in handling customer complaints and resolving business-related issues professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company code of conduct, HR policies, ethical business practices, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and management teams for smooth business operations and strategic execution.
- Prepare sales reports, business reviews, market analysis, and management presentations regularly.
