Yokohama in Chennai seeks a dynamic sales support professional to drive Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, campaigns, and POP utilization. You will coordinate dealer participation, revive sleeping dealers, and assist in new dealer appointments and channel development including YCN/STBD.

The role requires strong reporting and communication skills, with a focus on achieving sales and revenue budgets and building robust channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing campaigns and POP utilization.
• Experience in dealer participation and revival of sleeping dealers.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
• Experience in appointing new channels/dealers (YCN/STBD) and new channel development.

Responsabilités

• BTL Activities: organize campaigns (12 campaigns per year).
• POP utilization: ensure proper use of POP material and random inspections by supervisors.
• Dealer participation: track schemes participation and revive sleeping dealers.
• New dealer appointment and channel development (YCN/STBD).
• Sales and revenue budget tracking and achievement; improve revenue collection in 2H 2017; plan for 2H 2017 targets.

• 2. Dealers participation : No. of Schemes participation %. Sleeping dealers revival : No. of dealer active this year.
• 3. Team Player : Supervisor Review Reporting Communication Skill : 2 Times in a Month.
• 4. Sales budget achievement till May is more then 100% and revenue budget achievement till may is 99%. Improvement for revenue collection is in process shortfall will be covered in 2H 2017. Achievement of Sales and revenue budget in 2H 2017 is planned and will work in a way to achieve the same.
• 5. YCN/ STBD Appointment Target : 2 YCN/ STBD Performance : New Dealer Appointment Target : 24 yearly New Channel : Fleet/ Corporate Acc/ Car dealers.
