Job summary

Beco is seeking a Distribution Planner in Mumbai to ensure the right stock is available at the right location and time across its warehouses and sales channels.

You will develop warehouse-wise and channel-wise distribution plans, coordinate transfers, monitor stock levels, and provide regular reports to support inventory optimization and OTIF performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Distribution Planning / Inventory Planning / Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or E-commerce preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare warehouse-wise and channel-wise distribution plans based on demand and inventory availability.
• Plan stock transfers and replenishment between warehouses to maintain optimum inventory.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing, excess inventory, and stock-outs.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales, Warehousing, and Logistics teams for smooth inventory movement.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to identify distribution gaps and improve product availability.
• Track dispatches, transfers, service levels, and OTIF performance.
• Prepare regular MIS and reports related to distribution and inventory.
• Support new product launches and promotional requirements from a distribution planning perspective.
