Job summary

Tekstar India Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead end-to-end distribution operations across India from Mumbai. You will coordinate with warehouses, transporters, distributors and internal teams to ensure timely orders and on-time deliveries.

Key requirements include strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to optimize stock and costs. ERP systems and Excel-based reporting will be used to drive MIS dashboards and informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Resolve operational issues proactively while ensuring excellent customer service
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure seamless business operations

Preferred Experience

• 510 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Commercial Operations
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Personal Care, FMCG, Home Appliances, or General Trade distribution
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, order fulfilment, transportation, distributor operations, and warehouse management
• Experience working with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting
