Job summary

Enlighten Hacks - Community for Growth is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatches across multiple marketplaces from its Vadodara facility. You will supervise a team of packers and ensure stock accuracy, proper labeling, and timely shipments to customers.

The role requires 0–2 years in e-commerce dispatch, basic English, and familiarity with channel portals. Salaries are fixed with growth as the company expands its production planning and team size.

Qualifications

• 12th pass minimum; ITI/Diploma/Graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce dispatch and logistics
• Experience with an e-commerce seller or an FMCG distributor in a dispatch role is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, or other marketplace portals is a strong plus.
• Experience with invoices, e-way bills, and appointment-based deliveries is a plus.
• Should be living within a reasonable travelling distance of our facility at Vasna Bhaili Road.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily dispatches across Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Firstcry, JioMart and our own online store.
• Manage finished goods stock accuracy — rack counts, storage, and what is available to ship.
• Create shipments on channel portals, including FBA shipments, ROs and warehouse appointment bookings.
• Get shipment boxes ready on time with proper labelling and tracking system.
• Coordinate with couriers and transporters for pickups and track shipments until delivery.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
• Process daily direct orders from our store and other channels.
• Ecommerce and Quick Commerce return management, SAFE-T claims, damage claims, and returns.
• Flag stock shortages on fast-moving products in advance.
• Report daily dispatch status and weekly and monthly reporting.

We make DIY craft kits and craft materials. Everything is made and packed at our own facility in Vadodara and sold on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and our own online store. We are looking for someone to run our production floor and supervise a team of packers.

Skills Required

• Basic English reading - channel portals, courier documents, and emails are all in English.
• Intermediate Excel - calculation formulas, v-lookup, pivots, and more. Advanced training will be provided.
• Comfortable working on a computer and on web portals, and able to learn new channel systems quickly, as well as on the shop floor to make sure dispatches are ready to ship.
• Attention to detail; do not miss small mistakes and quality errors.
• Record management – able to maintain and track records of stock, dispatches and shipments on a timely basis.

Benefits

• ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month - fixed salary.
