Arth Life, Pune-based children's wear brand, seeks a Dispatch Executive with Shopify experience to manage daily dispatch operations and inventory coordination. This in-office role requires 1–3 years in dispatch or e-commerce, with strong Excel skills and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, E-commerce Operations, or Order Fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin is mandatory.
• Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
• Experience with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, NimbusPost, or Pickrr will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders through Shopify.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and AWB numbers.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.

• Resolve dispatch and shipment-related issues.
• Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation.
