This role manages scheduling, routing, and coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and OEM partners, while maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation. The Dispatch Manager monitors inventory and dispatch readiness, collaborates with production, stores, and sales teams, and addresses any issues impacting delivery timelines. The role includes supervising dispatch staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, optimizing transport costs, and ensuring that customer commitments and service levels are consistently met. The Dispatch Manager also contributes to process improvements, supports audits and reporting, and uses basic systems or ERP tools to track and control dispatch activities.
