• We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee and optimize the dispatch operations, logistics, and BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate / documentation / commercial reconciliation) processes at our Laminates / Sunmica manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, inventory control, and fleet loading allocation.
• Handle complete dispatch documentation, invoicing, and ensure efficient tracking of goods transit.
• Oversee BRC processes, close coordination with accounts/commercial teams for timely reconciliation and payment realizations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to transportation, excise/GST documentation, and logistics safety.
• Reduce transit damages and optimize turnaround time (TAT) for material deliveries.
• Requirements:
• 10+ years of solid experience handling dispatch and logistics management, specifically in the Laminates / Sunmica / Plywood or building material industry.
• Thorough knowledge of BRC clearance, commercial terms, and transport billing systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and inventory handling capabilities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
