Job summary

Everlive India is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Associate in the Nashik district to manage daily dispatch activities, coordinate packaging and order readiness, and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.

Freshers with relevant skills are welcome, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and basic computer knowledge are essential as you liaise with sales, operations, and courier partners to track shipments and resolve issues.

• Manage daily product dispatch activities.
• Coordinate packaging and order readiness.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records and documentation.
• Coordinate with courier partners and transporters.
• Track shipments and delivery status.
• Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal Sales and Operations teams.
