Job summary

Great Pacific Exports is seeking a Dispatch Incharge to manage end-to-end dispatch operations from Faridabad. The role requires coordinating transporters, handling GST documentation, and ensuring accurate ERP entries and stock records.

The candidate should be proficient in inventory management, FIFO/FEFO practices, and material verification. Educational qualification: Any Graduate. This is a production and manufacturing-focused position within a growing API-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of GST documentation and ERP systems.
• Familiar with stock reconciliation and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Handle dispatch operations end-to-end.
• Prepare GST documentation and filings.
• Coordinate transporter arrangements and transit schedules.
• Make ERP entries and maintain records.
• Verify inward materials against orders and invoices.
• Oversee inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles to stock management.
