Job summary

Genius Consultants in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks a dispatch planner to manage daily dispatch planning, truck allocation, and shipment creation for domestic and Nepal routes. You will oversee invoicing for old vehicles, maintain FIFO reports, and coordinate yard management and dealer inquiries to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include SAP order punching, invoicing chassis via Vahan, processing exports for Nepal and COP, and coordinating with Sales, R&D, and CME during new product

Responsibilities

• Daily dispatch planning.
• Truck arrangement for domestic and Nepal.
• Billing of old vehicles to maintain FIFO and sharing the report with all seniors.
• Truck allocation.
• Creating shipment and changing shipments.
• Order punching in SAP. In case the HO team is on holiday, handling the activity.
• Invoicing chassis and updating in the Vahan Portal.
• Invoicing of deemed exports, Nepal, COP, R&D.
• Yard management of FG stock.
• SRN activity on account of dealer returns and COP vehicles.
• Responding to dealers' queries to achieve dealer satisfaction.
• In case of a new product launch, doing close coordination with Sales, R&D, CME, and other concerned departments to ensure successful launch and product availability in the market.
• Coordinating with RM and ZM to support them in urgent vehicle billing, changing orders as per requirements, and dispatch.
• Finding vehicles that are more than 3 months old and coordinating with the Assembly & QA team for refurbishment after washing the vehicles.
• Doing system billing apart from regular billing to maintain FIFO and completing the target within the given timeline.
