Job summary

HireFlexperts is seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Executive to manage end-to-end loan disbursement activities across Home Loans, LAP, and Business Loans in Mumbai. You will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales and credit teams to ensure timely disbursements and accurate documentation.

The role requires 2-4 years in loan disbursement or operations, strong MS Excel skills, and proficiency in MIS reporting. Knowledge of HL, LAP, BL and lender policies will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in loan disbursement or loan operations.
• Experience in Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, or Financial Services.
• Good knowledge of HL, LAP, and Business Loans.
• Understanding of loan documentation and disbursement procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on sanctioned cases and complete pre-disbursement formalities.
• Verify sanction letters, loan documents, legal and technical reports.
• Coordinate loan agreements, mortgage formalities, and MODT.
• Ensure compliance with lender-specific disbursement policies.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely disbursements.
• Maintain daily disbursement trackers and MIS reports.
• Update case status and maintain accurate records.
