Job summary

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 14+ years of software development experience including 5+ years in building and leading strong engineering teams.
• Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and proficiency with design patterns.
• Experience with service architecture for high performance and scalability.
• Ability to set technical goals with measurable outcomes and monitor service quality.

About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a talented and experienced Director to drive new initiatives from scratch across cross functional teams and to rollout businesstransformational programs. In this role, you will build and grow a new team ofSDEs with the help of Leads & SEM. You and your team will work with PEs, ProductManagers, Risk Managers, TPMs and Senior Leadership to design, develop anddeliver results while fostering inputs and participation from all levels of theorganization.

You will be the engineering Owner for the products built byyour teams. The services built will be highly scalable, low latency, securedand massively distributed. You’ll be responsible for growing and mentoringengineers in your team, set the team culture. You will ac vely coach andprovide feedback to your team members and invest in their career growth. Yourteam will own the design, delivery, deployment and ac vely manage opera ons ofthe services built.

What Will You Do in this Role

• Responsible for the overall development lifecycle of the solution – from concep on to delivery to operations.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in thisRole

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or anyequivalent degree.
• Experienced technology leader with 14+ years ofsoftware development experience including 5+ years in building and leadingstrong engineering teams.
• Substan al experience in building complex andscalable solu ons.
• Strong object-oriented design skills, ability toapply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module andclass-level interfaces.
• Strong service architecture and developmentexperience with high performance and scalability
• Strong at technical goal setting for a project with actionable success metrics.Good knowledge and experience on measuring a service from user experienceangle.
• Strong on driving for results and self-motivated,strong learning mindset, with good understanding of related advanced/newtechnology. Keep up with the technology development in therelated areas in theindustry, which could be leveraged to enhance current architectures and builddurable new ones.
• Outstandingverbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interac on skills, includingability to effectively communicate architectural issues and concepts to mul pleorganiza on levels and executive management.
